That the Presentation of Nilo Honarbakhsh and Patricia Hines, regarding Anti-Hate Initiatives the Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Division is Leading, be received with thanks.

That the Presentation of Mariano Perini, Director of Public Works and Fire Chief, regarding a Public Works Update, be received with thanks.

That the Presentation of Julie Mitchell, Director of Community Services regarding a Community Services Divisional Overview, be received with thanks.

That the Rules of Procedure be suspended to extend the meeting for an additional 30 minutes.

That all items listed in Section 6, be approved, in accordance with the Agenda.

That Report LGS-038-25, and any related delegations or communication items, be received; That the Committee consider the applications, in accordance with the Board/Committee Management Policy for appointments to the Bowmanville Santa Claus Parade Committee, and that the vote be conducted to appoint the citizen representatives for a term ending December 31, 2026, or until a successor is appointed; and That all interested parties listed in Report LGS-038-25, and any delegations be advised of Council’s decision.

That Report LGS-041-25, and any related delegations or communication items, be received for information.
